Had some problems with online stuff and payment stuff. They were so patient and helpful. Got all the bugs worked out, got me in a truck and out the door. Check in went super smooth too. Penske who??

These guys are very helpful. Custom trailer hitch on a Prius C. You can see the Prius in other photos I have posted. Its a cool thing.

BEWARE: Luke Osborn helped us at the location. He had to ask several times wither or not he was doing the right paper work. Well low and behold he wrote down the wrong mileage on my in town rental. My trip in total was 35 miles. However when I returned the truck they told me I drove 240 miles. Corporate office was no help with this this issue. The manager of store called but was her self no help in resolving the matter in a prompt time. They refused to call me back and resolve the issue. I had to end up paying the over charged amount, and place a formal complaint with the corporate office. NOTE: take pic of your odometer and rest the mile counter so uhaul don't screw you.. BEWARE, stay away from this location cause they are no help and don't follow there own guidelines.. I would have given no stars if I could.. This locations sucks....

Had a resovation for a 12ft open trailer for 2:30 today after being told it would be back by 2:15. Waited 2 1/2 hours went to pick it up walked inside trailer was not back. The manager called the person and extend his time until 8pm. What a joke. I pacifically stated to the manager I needed the trailer to pickup some specially lumbered wood for the contractor to install my stairs tomorrow. I still don't have my lumber or a trailer and had to cancel the contractor. With having a resovation if you can't supply it don't schedule it. Uhaul have lost my business
