I am so impressed with the kindness and professionalism of the owner and staff at Tuffy in East Lansing. From the moment I walked into the building and was greeted by the owner, I knew this business was customer oriented and special. I told Jim I needed my car as soon as possible because I have serious medical problems and needed transportation to and from the hospital. They stayed two hours past the time they were supposed to close in order to get my car fixed right away. What other business would do that for you?  They did a fabulous job diagnosing and fixing my car at a very fair price. I am so grateful that they were there to help. I will take my car there again and will recommend them to everyone.  Thank you Tuffy!

I came here the other day to get some work done after being recommended by another shop when getting an oil change. The guy who helped me was extremely nice and offered to test my car for the “problem” to make sure that what I was told was correct and the other shop wasn’t just messing with me. It turns out my car was absolutely fine and the guy who helped me out saved me a lot of trouble. I will definitely be coming back here in the future for all my oil changes/car needs!!

I so thankful to take my car and get it fixed at This Tuffy  Store great customer service and wonderful job they do 
I would suggest anyone to go there great price .

I brought my car in to be checked out because something was draining my battery. They weren't able to diagnose the issue, so I had to take it to the dealership. Since they couldn't figure out what it was they didn't charge me the inspection fee. Definitely my first call next my car needs something! Thanks for great service Tuffy!
