I came to K&J following a bad experience with Belle Tire.  Belle Tire had given me two different lists of things which 'needed to be fixed before they could do an alignment.'   I had everything fixed from the first list, then went back and was presented with an even longer list on an invoice which said they could fix it all for nearly $600.  I didn't appreciate the dishonorable business practice, or the two wasted trips.  So, I went to K&J and received a perfect alignment which cost me less money, with zero additional hassle.  Please consider taking your vehicles here.  Even if there is a little wait, the service and peace of mind will be well worth it.

Ripoff. They wanted to charge me $2000 for a brake job.  This included parts that I didn't need.

I took my car to Cunningham Auto and it cost less than $189 to make it perfect

 Called the shop just when they opened. Promised to get me in for an alignment and was told to call back around 11 am. Called back and was told they couldn't get me in until monday, after the weekend. I'm leaving town tomorrow.  Relied on the positive reviews I had read and didn't expect this type of customer service. Was told that they would give me the number to their other location, so I could call them to see if they could get me in.  Why don't you call and get me in. That's true customer service, cleanup your own mistakes. Not a happy camper at all.
