Sign up soon for their rewards system. Some of the most intelligent and respectable mechanics in the entire state of Michigan. They helped me out by demystifying the specifics on diagnosing the issue with my vehicle all along the way. Very respectful over the phone, they have no problem relaying information during the time they worked on my car. At first we thought it was a fuel injector issue but it ended up being some other part related to it. I am signing up during the week they are open for their rewards system. Awesome business here

The owner emailed with me and was very to the point but also very polite in his communication.  They got me in very quickly, considering the holidays and they finished my car amazingly fast!  My car runs very well now, and I didn't pay an arm and a leg for it!  I would recommend Randall Automotive to anyone needing literally anything done to fix their car.  This is a classy and efficient mechanic!

GO HERE! I recently moved to Lansing from Grand Rapids, and needed service to my car's blower/HVAC unit. I've been hesitant to take my car anywhere without my father or fiance, but I trusted Randall Auto's 4.9 star review - so glad I did! The owner, Craig, gave me a couple options when the diagnosis came back - he suggested that I keep my car there overnight so I would not have to pay for another 30 min of labor for when the part arrived the next day. Only problem was that I did not have a way to get back down to the shop after work the next day. Not a problem! Craig (the owner) kindly offered to pick me up and take me back down to my car - a 30 minute round trip for him. ABOVE AND BEYOND service. I also did not feel like I was being taken advantage of when they told me the cost (I did some research after they told me the problem, and their cost was on the low-end of the average cost that I found online for the same problem). As a woman, you never know what you're going to get when you walk into an auto shop. Do yourself a HUGE favor and head to Randall Automotive for you car maintenance needs!

I am extremely impressed with this shop and the owner. Craig is a very good person and provides exceptional service. I highly recommend this shop for all automotive repairs. I will definitely be going back here. I have never experienced such good customer service before. He explains everything very thoroughly and really cares about his customers.

Had this mechanic reccommended through several friends and haven't been disappointed. Work has always been as promised.  I like that they always take the time to explain what is wrong and give options for repairs if they can.  Definitely reccommend!
