Hate is strong, but I won't be going back. I went in looking at colors for bridesmaid dresses, and had only been looking online mostly. I knew what shade blue I wanted and brought in the color to get something similar. The woman didn't say if they did or didn't have anything like it in stock, asked me a couple questions on material, and told me all the dessy group colors were the same... which yes, but they don't all offer those colors. Needless to say I looked through the book myself and will be going to another store that might be more helpful and have more stock. I even mentioned thr style I was looking at,it would've been nice to see an idea regardless of color... but no. I was the only one in there for like 10 minutes too, it was just to far impersonal for a bridal shop, thank goodness I didn't go in wedding dress shopping!

I wasn't expecting wedding dress shopping to be so emotionally draining. As soon as my mom started pulling out dresses I felt an overwhelming sense of anxiety. The staff put me to ease and even had me laughing. I never felt rushed or pressured to try/buy anything. I tried on about 20 dresses. I wasn't intending to buy, just figure out what style I wanted but I bought my dream dress right then and there. I have had some experiences at other bridal salons but the customer service here excelled. I am having cap sleeves and buttons added for practically nothing and all of my alterations are included in my dress purchase. There is definitely something to be said about shopping at a small local business. I would recommend Tunis to anyone! Thank you!
