This company should be investigated. They may house plenty of people , but he is known for not making repairs, rudeness, and will try to charge you for the repairs upon moving day you kept complaining about .Deposit HA you will most likely not see that at all. This company is the absolute worst when it comes to renting from ..Can you say Nightmare You should not have to give them 1 star they are not deserving . The only positive thing about them is most of the people at the front desk greet you with a smile.

Let's see where do I begin? We moved into one of their houses with 2 young children and they took 3 months to get the heater working in the winter. The drains were all clogged and the toilet wouldn't flush from the day we moved in until the day we moved out. They still had cloth wiring in the house that caught on fire while we were sleeping and luckily my oldest daughter woke up to tell us there was smoke coming from her ceiling fan or we might not be here right now. Then they refused to give me back my deposit when I cancelled my lease and refused to live in that death trap any longer! They are horrible people to treat people the way they do! They prey upon low income families and military! They are the true definition of slumlords!!! I pray that they go out of business and suffer for the way they treated my family! THEY ARE CROOKS!!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! HORRIBLE PEOPLE!!!

If you enjoy your peace of mind  look for someone else to rent from this company has been the worst to deal with ..Very unprofessional , and rude. Either they do not make repairs, blame you for everything, or take forever to send somebody out. save yourself the trouble .

No matter how reasonable the rent may be I would not advise my worst enemy to rent from them . If someone is saying anything positive they were probably paid, related or worked for them and were not a tenant just my opinion ...In business you have to remember no matter how much money you make you can lose it all if you continue to do wrong by the ones you are making that money off of ...and one day someone is going to get ill or something bad may happen to somebody's kid before somebody makes this company do what they need to do ...I think it needs to be looked into by someone higher up ..This company needs to do so much better. negative 1 star

I was paying $600 rent for my house.  When my lease was up not only did they not refund my deposit, they tacked an additional $1200 in "repairs" that THEY neglected to fix after several requests.  This slick move on their behalf has affected my credit and credibility when attempting to rent.  Tough lesson learned..... The cheapest ends up being the most expensive.
