Ron was able to get us into a cabin on a short notice and was very helpful with details. We stayed in Cabin #3 on 10/28/17, and were less than a minute's walk from the falls. The cabin met our needs, with a refrigerator, coffee pot, heat, and a comfortable bed after spending the day exploring the falls. No frills, but we didn't expect any. Definitely what we needed for a quick escape from the city. The cabin was clean and comfy. We'd rent from Ron again in the future.

Cope villa 2 provided my family with everything needed to have a relaxing getaway. The view from the spacious covered deck is breathtaking !! And the park itself has the most beautiful teal colored water I have ever seen. Thank you for a very enjoyable experience !!! Paul

My family and I just had a great stay at the Cope Cabins. The view off the deck is great to just sit and listen to the river flowing. It has a nice grill outside that overlooks the water and a nice size fire pit to sit and hang out at. We will definitely be going back for another stay and look forward to the 3 New cabins that are under construction.

The cabin had a nice view of the mountains. The bed was not very comfortable and there seemed to be a wasp problem which I’m sure could be fixed. There wasn’t a instruction guide for the fireplace inside or how to use the speakers on the deck. The cabin was cozy and private.

It was one of the nicest, coziest getaways my wife and I have had in a long time. Ron was quick to respond as soon as I reached out to him. 5-Stars
