I stayed here with a friend and loved it...makes you feel at home. Keysha was working she answered all my questions and was very professional and nice. I will be coming back very soon!

They have been so helpful and the girls that run the front have been so nice , Ben and I lose our keys all the time and they have been great about helping us out. They are extremely sensitive to our special needs and helped us work out va fair plan when I miscalculated our payments the first month. The manager here is very patient and we can be a pain. Kiki treats us like family and we are here waiting for a rebuild on my house which burned to the ground. I truly am enjoying my stay and it's been a great weight from my shoulders because I've been sick almost the whole time. I would recommend Woodsprings SE to anyone looking for an extended stay with compassionate employees with heart. Thanks guys we appreciate you in every way. Rachel n Ben room 428

If you car for the internet, there is practically none. We payed 20 dollars for the improved internet speed and its about 1.2Mbps of speed. We also payed for room cleaning that 90% of other hotels do for free on the daily. The issue there is that its once every two weeks and they did not change the bed sheets or return all the towels. The floor looked untouched. In three weeks of staying here there was a guy who got his car window busted out, stabbing, and someone who had a guy try to break in through the window on the 1st floor. The only cameras are i side the hotel and not in the parking lot. Somone spilled garbbage juice up and down the stairwell a d it smells like swamp ass. I would stay far, far, faaaaaaaaar away from this hotel.
