Took my car in at 8am for two recalls that it had. I have a 2014 Escape. I’m not up set that it’s taking longer than expected but they couldn’t  give me a rental car until it was done. My husband and I both work full time jobs and have two kids that have to be in a car seat. This was a total inconvenience to use.

I had my truck serviced there and 2 items repaired. I was told by on 2 occasions that both parts were covered under warranty.  I went to pick up my truck and handed a hefty bill. I was told  sorry I thought it would​ be covered. This information was never conveyed to me prior to them installing the parts. Fast forward 1 month and the repair they made had an installation issue causing another problem as a result of poor workmanship. I bring the truck in and the tech stated that the part was probably damaged during the last install. Now they expect me to pay for repair to fix the issue caused by them.
