Oh wow. What a little gem. Don't expect any frills or the latest technology, but do expect a great nights sleep. It was the cleanest motel room in its price range I have stayed in this year. Along with being the cleanest, it was also maybe the most basic, and that's not a mark against this adorable, locally owned establishment. All we needed was a comfy bed, a shower and a fridge. Turnpike motel delivered. If you need fancy, go to one of the chain places in town. They are a dice roll usually. But if you want to support a local business, which cares about cleanliness, stay here. Great job management and staff, you made our night.

When you are booking the least expensive motel you can find that will accept pets, you cannot expect much. You hope it is clean inside. This place was spotless and did not smell of cigarettes, so 5 stars. The housekeepers are the best. Two double beds, night stand in between, flat screen on wall, small desk with lamp. Microwave and fridge. Everything worked. Bathtub not dingy but bright white. Free coffee, if you like that kind of thing-- I mean, c'mon, motel room coffee? This is the kind of place where cars are parked 6 feet from the rooms, but I didn't find it any noisier than any other hotel. You can see that the owners have done some repairing or rebuilding. You can actually see the lumber they put in around the window frame and under the sink counter. But even the lumber is clean! And who cares? You can't see unless you pick up the curtains and look. The manager was a great guy, cheerful and helpful to the nth degree, and he sure puts in long hours to make this place work. I hope it does. One wrinkle: I asked over the phone about pets but I was not given complete information. They do not want a pet over 20 lbs. When I showed up I wasn't charged but when he realized I had a 50 lb dog anyway the mgr. waived the $20 deposit and $10 fee. Great guy.

4+ stars you would think it’s the best thing since sliced bread. Its not. It’s very much a cheap motel. I asked for a no smoking room and was given a smoking room which was musky. Television wouldn’t work with PlayStation. Absolutely not worth $65/night.

Beautiful motel. Very comfortable, pleasant and very accommodating staff. Very reasonably priced. I would definitely stay again!

Nice, clean, safe place to stay when traveling. Lots of food choices very close. Staff were nice. Allows small dogs.
