First off this train was supposed to pick me up from the station at 8:38 but didn’t come till 9:15! Also the train was supposed to arrive at my destination at 2:38 but we did not arrive until 6:05. I’m very disappointed and upset and I’m finna pass out because it’s so hot on this train and I weigh 143 so don’t think it’s because I’m fat plus I’m ANEMIC! Lastly they’ve ruined my image of them being on schedule because back in October I was 2 minutes late to the station and the train had left. I’m so mad I could say some mean words to every conductor or attendant on this train.

Good for the money. I would ride again. But an hour late thus destroying my lifelong assumption that trains adhered to a strict schedule.  Tom Hanks in the Polar Express would have been a superb Amtrak conductor.

Great customer service. There's not much parking, and the inside is not that great. Look for a new station with better parking close to UA soon!
