Far as service sucks most of the time. The buses are always late. Even short staffed. But I enjoy traveling on the bus. So I still spend my money monthly and ride the Greyhound. The customer service reps in my home town are awesome. Other cities definitely need work.... Rude I'm couple of states I've been.

Nice little station, very clean, very well organized and vending machines only. At least at night.

This company and especially this bus stop provides an horrible customer service. They consider clients as animals. Me and all people in my bus had to get off at 2 am and waited more two before before reboarding. Netheir explanations nor apologizes were provided. If you can I suggest you to travel by car or airplanes.

The only good thing about this place is the somewhat friendly night staff. Otherwise, this is a terrible place, very dangerous right outside at night, inside is dirty, buses are CONSISTENTLY late, no restaurant, snack machines are WAY overpriced (1.75 for a snack size Doritos bag), bathrooms were out of soap on one side of the men's room, toilets were NASTY, and sometimes there'll be loony people running in from outside acting all kinds of crazy. Don't frequent this place unless, like me, your vehicle broke down and you need a ride home on the bus.

lost bag no one will answer the phone at greyhound birmingham, i keep getting routed to the india helpdesk and cannot understand the sandniggers
