The man came off bothered by me, as if i should have known the answer to anything that I asked him. Really made me feel like a dummy. When my credit card was charged twice the really put it on me like i was trying to get one over on them. Turns out that they did  charge twice. They refunded and apologized for it. However, i didn't appreciate being down talked to. No excuse for that type of treatment.

I've had a number of repairs done on my bike and my son's and have always been impressed by the quality and speed of the service. Javier is really competent and his prices are lower than any other bike in the area I've been to.

I wrote the bottom great review of Twins about 3 years ago, and I still give the hard working, caring and safety oriented owner/operator, Javier, my absolute total appreciation for all he has done to keep my bikes in top shape and me safe while cycling for many years. Twins Bike Shop is easily assessable off of Anaheim St in Harbor City.  Thank you Javier!! 

   I highly recommend Twins Bike Shop. I have been  their steady and extremely satisfied  customer for many years and even followed them from their previous shop. They are the best bike mechanics around and highly knowledgeable in all aspects of sales and service. Twins' genuine care and integrity shines forth in every aspect of customer service from education, keeping us safe on the road and backing their excellent and large inventory.
