Called Shop at 4 PM Tuesday (They're open until 6 PM) & all I got was a Message saying I could call another number about Online Orders . All I wanted was to speak to someone and that's NOT even an option? Why can't I speak to an Employee? Why even have this Phone number on their Website? Sad!

Love my new beach bike.
Marco helped me out and was very helpful.
I would recommend Beach Bikes to anyone looking to buy a bike.
They have pretty large selection to whatever suits you best, which I thought was awesome.
Overall great experience and I love their 
Forever Warranty which I highly recommend as well.

Drove from corona, ca for my daughters 4th bday present and it was well worth it!! Amazing bike and I know she will love it!

I loved Beach Bikes!  Their selection and customer service was great.  The guy working was very helpful, I tried 5 different bikes but he was so patient and was able to answer all of my questions.  I ended up getting the sixthreezero Paisley and I've already received tons of compliments!  They offer a lifetime warranty on any of their bikes including tube replacements which I thought was amazing.  They also take trade-ins of used bikes which I may be taking advantage of soon.  Overall it was a great experience, the environment was just really pleasant and relaxed and the customer service is what really made me feel that I came to the right place.
