I love Twisted Hot Yoga. I've been to a few different studios in town, and this is definitely my favorite. Not that the others weren't great as well. But, I felt that Twisted was a perfect balance between not too big and not too small. I didn't feel "lost in the crowd", but they also have enough class times and variations that keep me happy. Also, the owner is awesome. She met me once and has remembered my name ever since. I'm proud to call Twisted my yoga home

I LOVE this studio. I found out about it a few months ago when I was looking for a spot near my house. The teachers are all wonderful though my favorites are Ginya, Jamie and Mary. Each teacher has a slightly different specialty but all are super knowledgeable about their craft. Compared to some studios this one is definitely "approachable" and "supportive" as opposed to competitive. I absolutely love it!!

I absolutely love twisted hot yoga. This was the first yoga studio I ever went to and I fell in love with hot yoga here. When a hot yoga studio opened two clocks from my home, I tried going there. However, I just loved Twisted so much more. So I bought the year membership and now I drive the 20 minutes and it's completely worth it! Twisted is such a great community. The classes are all so great because everyone of them is different. I get bored with the same thing over and go, but with Twisted that doesn't happen because everyday is different. The class schedule times also work great with any schedule. Everyone is so friendly and their playlists are amazing too! I also love that they do competitions. I'm a really competitive person, so the competitions really motivate me to go to yoga even more. The cold lavender towel at the end is the icing on the cake. This studio is all around great!

I absolutely ADORE Twisted Hot Yoga! I started practicing yoga a few months ago for the very first time and had no idea what to expect. Surprisingly, after my FIRST class at Twisted, I knew I had found something that I could really invest my time and energy into! Each instructor at the studio has made me feel extremely comfortable and excited to try new poses and challenge myself. I never thought I would look forward to consistent exercise UNTIL... I found myself on my very first mat surrounded by the amazing people at Twisted!! :)

Twisted Hot Yoga is the most warming, inviting space! The instructors are so knowledgeable and helpful for yogi's at all places in their practice.  Coming into twisted I knew next to nothing about yoga and my body was not flexible at all! I have learned so much from this amazing studio and highly recommend it!
