I stopped in to get some cupcakes for my coworkers. You should've seen their faces light up! They tasted as good as they looked and now my boss wants a whole pan of the peanut butter frosting. Service was quick and kind. I can't wait to try the other flavors

Twisted Sisters provided a cutting cake and mini cupcakes for my wedding in March. The flavors were delicious! The almond "Wedding Planner" was my favorite. They delivered exactly what they promised, on time and beautifully displayed. The cake was moist too, not dried out like a lot of wedding cakes. Working with them was a pleasure from start to finish.

I would just like to say thank you so much to Ariel and the wonderful team of Twisted Sister Cupcakes and Sugar Shack! I'm a baker and a single mom and when I thought of the cake for my son's 3rd birthday, I knew my schedule would not have any wiggle room to create his cake. I searched and compared for weeks until I decided on the work of this wonderful bakery. Communication was swift and his cake was beautifully executed. I was so excited about the concept we agreed on and when I picked it up (it was finished and waiting for me on time) I was not the least bit discouraged to take it home. When it was cake time at home he was so excited when he saw it. My son doesn't eat sweets by the way. He's never liked cakes or cupcakes. But he ate this cake! He loved it, I loved it, my friends and family loved it. Thank you so much Twisted Sisters Cupcakes and Sugar Shack! You helped make my son's 3rd birthday magical and memorable!

BRIDES BE WARNED: Atrocious Experience with the Owner: We used Twisted Sisters Cupcakes for our wedding at Norfolk Botanical Gardens last year. The experience that leaves me to review one star, and a heartfelt warning is the way that the owner treated us after the money changed hands. As part of their paid services, they left a cake stand at the venue to display our assortment; with a hefty deposit in the event that it was damaged or not returned. After the wedding, my maid of honor was delayed in returning the stand, and my husband and I returned from our honeymoon to see that the owner had written to us, threatening to take legal action against us if her "Stolen" stand was not returned. You can imagine our shock as we read this! Not only was she in violation of her own contract by this threat, but she was not giving us the meager benefit of the doubt that we hadn't "Stolen" it but were simply delayed in its return. She ended up keeping our deposit even after the cake stand was returned to her. I will never recommend this establishment, due to the true stress, and fear of being sued they caused us less than one week from our wedding, as well as the inhumane way in which we were treated after we had already paid for their services...
