I had a serious problem that I needed to be solved when returning items today. The lady who helped me return my items was so kind and we had a good conversation about the issue I needed help with. I wish I could remember her name but she had red hair and was so kind and helpful. Great customer service!
My camping experience was completely changed with this pop up
Not that I have ever had a bad experience here but Mahlay truly made my visit for a pickup one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. It was raining and she still went above and beyond to make sure my pick up was simple and fast. I called ahead to let her know I was on the way and while she was outside talking to another customer she turned and spoke to me and even remembered my name. Thank you Mahlay for such an easy experience. I hope every customer interaction is just as pleasant as you are.
What's not to love! They have just about anything you need and if you can't find it here then you have to go to a specialty store! I enjoy saying hi to the greeter. They still do stickers and are nice to the guests and children!
These employee are disgusting. following customers to the bathroom, food aisles, front & back of store. Because she has a bookbag and that's being a stalker. Just because a person has a bookbag DOES not mean they're doing anything wrong. This Walmart 657 Phoenix Drive VA Beach location needs to be HEAVILY REVIEWED & investigated. They treated me WRONG on June 14, 2023. I went to the bathroom in the back by electronics to use the toilet. I left my shopping cart FULL of grocery items and my jean jacket in the basket. When I walked out of the bathroom, my basket was gone. I because someone messed with my jacket. Took the basket away after I took all of that time to pick out those items. THIS WAS WRONG. I'M NOT COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION!! So I went to the front of the store to find a manager or someone in authority to help me locate the basket. I was led to a coach & they checked the camera to see who did it. A white looking male with long, black hair , glasses, maybe 5'6 in height did it. Regardless of how long my basket was outside of the bathroom, he SHOULD'VE LEFT MY BASKET WHERE IT WAS. I don't appreciate this. I asked the coach to get an employee to find my jacket. To go through the aisles and get the food items I originally had in the basket again. I took time to pick out those items. I also have a medical condition that causes me to run back to the bathroom. After I already picked out those items, I went to the bathroom twice. To end up dealing with this. So the lady coach got the employee that took away the basket to fill it back up with everything in it. The lady coach apologized. I do appreciate her getting him to do that as requested. It should'VE NEVER HAPPENED TO ME. I feel like I was being targeted and picked on. I wyou're horrible. Never would I think the store I liked as a child would end up TREATING me this way. How DARE YOU!!! ESPECIALLY after constantly dealing with being watched & followed throughout all of the 757 Walmart locations because I have my bookbag. Walmart needs to be investigated as a WHOLE. Y'all are doing wrong & mistreating me!! I don't deserve this as a customer.
Dont try to get deli meat because the workers there hate what they do. There can be literally nobody in line and you are going to wait. I think there is two people that work there and one of them is always screwing around or hiding. You can not get a basic order under 20 minutes ever! Also their "fresh" seafood is always rotte. especially the salmon.
This the worst Walmart definitely, the worst customer services, flies all over. Dirty bathrooms, dirty store, rotten expire chicken, and the pick up? Prepare to wait with a bunch with incompetent personal specially the lady with black hat in charge screaming at delivery drivers in public and telling them their orders had customers complains. it is nasty. This store is so low class, they should close this store for good.
We needed some stuff after an apppintment and remembered there was a Walmart close by. Last time was there was well over 10 years ago and it used to be a dump back then. I think that's why I stayed away all these years. But I was pleasantly surprised with how much nicer it is now. The store was clean and well organized. I'll definitely keep that in mind next time I'm close by and need to get stuff.
It's were I do 90% of my shopping. I like this place. Really don't have anything bad tonsay about. I know what it is and what to except when I go there.
I went there looking for a present for my granddaughter and found lots of great gifts Barbie related.
