We are a brand-new food trailer looking to raise the bar for Merced cuisine. The best burgers and hot sandwiches every week and tons of catering options.
Owners Chris and Michael have over 20 years combined in high volume kitchens. Chris is a trained chef and former UC Merced employee. Michael is UC Merced graduate and dinning employee that has a passion for food. We have been told by many people we argue like grumpy old men. Both of us have a passion for food and this industry. With great drive and determination we were able to start this business from nothing. We hope with a little more determination, delicious food and a little attitude that we can gain your patronage and show these fast food chains how to do food right. Unlike any of our competitors we are not limited to any set menu or style, we can design a menu to YOUR tastes. From burgers and chinese food to steak and sea food, we can do it all.
