Our 30 unique homes are located in Santa Fe's finest neighborhoods, only blocks away from The Plaza, our town’s historic center. Nearby are Canyon Road’s world-class galleries and restaurants; a short walk takes you to the newly modernized Rail Yard historic district.

Two Casitas’ vacation homes are tucked away in the city's most tranquil residential streets, yet strategically situated so you can experience our beautiful city on foot.

We offer everything from cozy romantic studios perfect for romantic getaways, to one, two and three bedroom homes and many of our homes are pet friendly. Each home is thoughtfully decorated by the individual owners, with emphasis given to historic design themes, local materials and artisans, yet fully equipped with every modern comfort.

Hi Two Casitas, Thanks so much for hosting me and my family for our incredible Santa Fe Vacation. Incredible largely because of you! You were available to us when needed every step for the way. From easy check in to your concierge services. Our luxury vacation home was every thing we could have dreamed of and more. So close to the plaza plenty of room for all twelve us and views! We sat out side and watched the sunset every night from the patio. How incredible New Mexico sunsets are. We were greeted with wine salsa chips and water when we arrived. A welcome surprise for road wary travelers. We will be back!

The selection of homes for our family trip was amazing, so many good options! Talking with them on the phone, we were able to customize our search to our unique needs and desires. They helped us plan our entire trip beyond the house and we were a large group with lots of requests and questions. Great team at Two Casitas!

Two Casita is the only place that we book with when staying in Santa Fe. Wendy's Luxury Rentals are superb and being able to walk to the plaza is perfect. We would never book with anyone else other than Two Casitas. In the past before we found Two Casitas we had and it was a not so pleasant experience. 10 years ago this September we found Wendy and Two Casitas and have had nothing but wonderful experiences since. Thank you Wendy and all of your staff for making the last 10 years so perfect for us. We'll be loyal customers for life and will highly recommend you to all.

Reply to the owner’s reply: this is not a fake review. I am totally real, and I have all the emails to back it up. We are a Santa Fe couple who rented a place Two Casitas managed, for 2 months. Avoid dealing with Two Casitas, and, if you do, document every single scratch in the place you rent, lest they attempt to extort you. As a prior owner of a rental property myself (I owned and rented out a duplex for 5 years), if I was looking for someone to manage my property, I would run, not walk, the other way. We rented a short-term rental for two months. To be fair, this was not at their site, but a property they managed for a third party. Two Casitas didn't do a walk through with us, never came over once, and didn't meet us on move-out. Then, they claimed we should pay them almost 2000$ for damages and cleaning. In my opinion, they had ignored all the minor damages that had accumulated in this particular rental, and when they finally got around to paying close attention, they tried to blame it all on us. For instance, a hole had been knocked in the wall of the garage, and clearly patched several times, and they wanted us to pay for fixing it. The problem was they had stacked firewood at the end of a small garage that was barely big enough for a car. Thus why the same hole had been knocked in the wall time again. It was there when we moved in. They had a leather chair with a pillow that was the same when you flipped it over. The one side had a bunch of pen on it, and they said we did that and wanted 500$ for a very beat up (albeit comfortable) chair. First of all, do you not think the person who did it just flipped it over? Second, you don't need 2 sides of a pillow anyway. The other side is the same, so just flip it back over. Third, our one kid who is 8 is well behaved, eats and work at the table, has daily chores, etc. We would never allow her to use a pen on a chair. Our son was all of 6 months old at the time, so I'm pretty sure it wasn't him. They claimed stains, broken tiles, all sorts of stuff. Most importantly, instead of meeting and talking it out, we received a series of threatening phone calls and emails. I tried to talk to Wendy, and I cannot understate how unpleasant she was. She had my wife in tears, after calling and texting her a dozen times in a day. She literally hung up on me, and she had some other guy yelling threats at me in the background. I am fairly certain it was the owner who replied below. If you saw our house, you would be assured we didn't cause any damage. It's very clean, we are neat people, and we have a weekly maid, as we did while living there too. We had rented this particular rental for a few months while we remodeled. Not to brag, but our house has been in a couple of magazines. We aren't the types that destroy a house. I think we were scapegoated after Two Casitas failed to take proper care of a property and then realized it. As for all the 5* reviews, well, all I can say is that people are excited when vacations are fun and things go well. As with contractors, companies, wireless services, vacation rentals, or any other service, it's how people act when things go poorly that is the measure of a company. I cannot comment on the Two Casitas rentals by the plaza, as I have never stayed there. If you care about this kind of shadiness, you can certainly do better finding a rental, and 100% do better finding a management company.

Two Casitas is by far the only company we book through on our annual visits to Santa Fe! They go above and beyond every time with their customer service. Many of the homes we've stayed at have a classic Santa Fe feel that make our visits always unique and memorable.
