Once again Two Men and a Truck have done ab above excellent job of moving my belongings. They took very good care of all of my stuff, and helping me wrap the last few remaining items that I needed help with. They took very good care of my tv stand which has a glass bottom that I could not take apart. The unloading went very quickly and the movers asked several times if I needed any help in moving items around before they left and wanted to make sure I was happy with everything was. 
Called before leaving to start the move and also called to let me know when they might be arriving at my new place.
I wish they would have laid down for protective covering for my brand new carpet at my new place.

Two Men and a Truck completed a move for me in April of 2017. The crew though friendly made several mistakes during the move that damaged a fair amount of my solid wood and leather furniture, which the main point of hiring them was to help avoid damage. The move was made easier for the crew in an effort to help keep a schedule and the cost close to the estimate. All items were boxed and the furniture was disassembled. What needed accomplished was to protect the furniture pieces and put them into the truck along with the boxes and move them to storage. Not only did they take nearly twice as long as the estimate stated, but upon removing the items from the truck it was discover that all but one item from my solid wood bedroom suit had been damaged with gashes and gouges in the wood tops, the feet and legs dragged and chipped. In the end the damaged items were settled for what I believe will be a fraction of the cost to repair properly. 

I am now writing this review serval months later as I have started to remove items from the storage unit including a leather couch and have discovered further damage in leather cushions. My expectations for a moving company are for a small amount of damage to be expected, but the three man crew which I had apparently had little regard for moving my property with care. My advice don't hire this company. 

If you do hire them, watch them like a hawk.

They moved our entire house with a team of six including a coach who made sure everything was handled with precision and delicate care, even the pillows! They are more expensive but you absolutely get what you pay for. Years earlier we had another company help my elderly father move, all my sons or something, and they left all of his heaviest pieces and paintings in the main room like a garage sale. I had to spend hours helping him move desks and portraits upstairs and downstairs.

When we used Two Men and a Truck (again, actually six men in our case) they repositioned our furniture again and again until my mother was satisfied with its position down to the millimeter.

Worst experience ever with a company. I underestimated the number of boxes. However, when when one of the movers is taking a smoke break every 30m or less, I can see why I was charged more. I was told I'd get a refund for 1 hour, have yet to see that and probably won't at this rate. Additionally, carpet damaged at old house and new. Wrap was placed on a shelving unit too tight and broke. And a mirror broke, which one of the movers admitted they broke it. 
I believe I spoke with a manager the other day and told him my displeasure with Two Men and Truck, to me he just shrugged it off with no care to the customer. 
For the record - I WILL never use you folks again.  I WILL never recommend you to my friends. If this is how your run a business, I can't believe you are still in business.

Horrid. Please use someone else for your moving services. There are so many options in Columbus. First, the movers showed up earlier than expected and sat in the parking lot without letting us know they were here. If we knew they were outside, we would have asked for them to start the move immediately. They sat in the truck for at least 15 minutes. This impacted our "start time" which caused us to go over our estimated quote. We were moving 5 minutes away. 5 MINUTES AWAY but it took them 15 minutes because they were "lost"!! I believe this was done on purpose in order to waste time. At the end we ended up spending $250 more than our original quote because of these mistakes. The guys were messy, not careful with our things, they could barely carry the furniture, and they purposely drove 15 minutes out of the way to get to the move destination just to increase the bill. 

A friend also used two men and a truck and they scratched her brand new stainless steel refrigerator and tried to claim it was there already.
