When I was searching for a home this past Spring, I was super pleased with how quickly they were able to show me options within my price range. The particular property I chose was due for some updates and additions such as new floors, countertops and a new shower/tub. My move-in date was honored right on time despite the many work orders that needed to happen within a short period of time. My interactions with both ladies has always been a pleasant, warm and professional one. Being a business owner and being self-employed, it's been more difficult to find approval for rentals through property management companies. However, they were absolutely understanding and gave me a list of ways to provide my proof of legitimate income. Their understanding was a breath of fresh air! During the harsh summer heat, the AC unit had completely given up and they were so quick to troubleshoot and even REPLACED the entire unit! I'm 110% satisfied with these ladies, their hard work, customer service, and all they've done for me and my kiddos!

I was so excited to work with them at first because they seemed enthusiastic to work without breed restrictions and help me move myself and my 2 kids into a good neighborhood with a good school.  Until.. I went to look at one of their properties... I arrived about 15 minutes early and drove around the neighborhood to discover a crime scene investigation going on down the street. Then when they arrive, and we go in to the house, they seemed unaware that the power was off, the house smelled of smoke and in some rooms mold. The backyard had not been mowed in some time, the grass was at least over my ankles
 I am sorry, but if you are getting a portion of my rent for the duration of my lease you should at least maintain  the property  you are trying to sell me! When I told them the house wasn't for me but I am sure they had other options and that I was not in a real big hurry, they acted like my budget and my dogs and my requirements  were  all a problem all of a sudden. I was completely disappointed with them. So, I found a house on zillow with a property management  company that helped me lock down a house with in less than 2 days. Meeting all of my budget , family, neighborhood, school needs. I guess it wasn't such a problem somewhere else.
