EPM  always has a quick response anytime I have a maintenance issue. The office staff is GREAT and treat you like family. The properties are well kept and I always have felt safe.  I will continue to rent through EPM indefinitely as I am very happy here.

I moved out in 2011 for a deployment to Afghanistan, and at the time, I was under the impression everything was fine. My mom and I had spent a week cleaning the rental house from top to bottom, with my mom doing the final walk trough with the agent; they still kept my deposit. Fast forward to 2017, 6 years later, I'm trying to get a home loan and I was informed that I owe over 700 dollars. Not only did they keep my deposit, but they charged me above and beyond. Needless to say, they see soldiers as a money making machine and this place should be avoided at all costs. Do your future self a favor and do not even look at their properties - there are plenty more rental companies/landlords that will treat you right.

These people have no courtesy. The treatment is very rude and barking. I would never go back to this place.

They are nice in the office but their policies are crap. You are pretty much paying for anything and everything to maintain their property for them.  I have sent things in writing to be fixed only 2 things were fixed. We have on going plumbing problems that I have to pay out of pocket.  I have done everything I can to prevent hair or debris from going down the drain since the last time they "fixed" the problem yet the pipe in the washroom is still backing up all over the floor.

So the staff here at epm treated me like a little brother from the very first time i walked in. The group of ladies here are firm on their rules but are very understanding and they are good at what they do. What people in the feed below need to realize is these ladies have a job to do and you cant blame them for having to uphold the standards of living that you signed up for. With all that being said i give em a 5 out of 5. I wasnt the best tenate in the world but they never left me out to dry. Id rent from em again.
