Some bus drivers are polite others are disrespectful and don't know how to drive. Blue line is Rarely on time and has been using a bus with no air conditioner for the past week and has had the same rude driver. Would recommend taking a medication For nausea if u get motion sickness easily

The people are usually friendly but the bus is consistently late and the information at the bus stops are outdated. The route shout on the sign no longer works. You have to download the City of Tyler app to get correct info. There is no clear information on what stop you are at, names like neighbor hood stop or transit station while some have street names. Once I called Tyler transit they were very helpful but man, that was way too much trouble.

This bus system is a joke, hour between stops, stops running at 8 (earlier than that on weekends). Who is this bus system for? Not the poor working class. Ithe should run till 11 for people that work till 10, like most people.
