Didn't get a chance to go inside so this review is from the train. The train staff is excellent. So professional and courteous. What an enjoyable experience. They have an observation car with windows everywhere. I've always wanted to take a train ride. I want to bring my family next time.

This museum/train station has a very friendly staff. It is clear that they enjoy their visitors and Amtrak passengers. We love watching the trains from here, there is a great view from the outside, second balcony. It can be confusing to find the museum, but if you pay attention to the signs, you will find it easily enough. Our kids love this place too.

This is a very beautiful Amtrak station the architecture is gorgeous. The people are friendly it was a nice stop on my way to dallas.

I got here 12 mins after the museum CLOSED at 4pm, I just wanted a photo of the steam engine, since there was people on it already, I'd thought the museum volunteer would let me, nope, come back tomorrow, but I'm passing threw,... Nothing was said, forget it, I'll look some other place.... I don't know if this actually is an Amtrak station or not...

My daughter and I had reservations on June fourth we arrived on time and was informed that our train was running late we was dropped off at 7:30am we meet the nicest man that work there name George let me tell you he was the nicest kind heart man I had ever meet he made sure we was safe and he made us the most wonderful breakfast This guy truly went above his duties to make sure every person in there was happy so hats off to you George at the Marshall train station my first time was a wonderful experience thanks to you my friend so if you ever ride the train be sure to be kind to George he's the best 6-7-2016
