U Haul raised their prices astronomically..Quite sure it was to pay for their sorry ass electronic gate that never opened 4 me. I ALWAYS had to have one of their personnel come let me in. If someone parks by the entry door you're screwed trying  2 get to your unit. Matt* on the other hand is the best thing thay U Haul has. He's always been pleasant and professional and helpful. He even came out & helped me lift my love seat on top of my truck & tied it down 4 me. The units are small as $#!T.. I went down the road to LOCK IT UP STORAGE & man what a difference! Unit was almost twice the size and bcuz I had such a horrible experience w/U Haul...they gave me a price frozen discount for 20.00 cheaper!!!! I will never go to U Haul for anything again. EVER. 😣

Only 1 person working at a time, so don't stop if you are in a hurry, but otherwise very nice and helpful.
