Apparently the propane refilling station doesn’t open till 11 am. That is a minor detail you should post beside you regular store hours. Even though there are no other customers on the property they desire to set at the front counter being unproductive instead of selling propane to a customer that needs some.

After an 11 hour trip from DC to Toledo, I was told as I exited the highway that my rear lights on my trailer were not working. This was extremely upsetting to me because it was dark for 3 hours of that drive and no one could see my vehicle from behind. A DC U-Haul location installed my hitch and another one set up my trailer. Neither effectively checked to make sure the lights worked.

This location, however, was so helpful! I came to them and explained the problem, and even though they didn't have time in their normal schedule to fit in hitch troubleshooting, the manager scheduled a technician to come in two hours early so that he could take a look at it before I had to continue driving. And they fixed the faulty wiring problem for free. It was very appreciated!

I took my 2011 Crown Victoria to get a hitch installed and wiring harness. I dropped it off at 2:45 pm they called me around 7 to get it. The wiring install wasn't professional at all. I have to take to another location to fix the wiring. I would not let them install any wiring. They had a young kid install it on my car. When I was asking him about why they ran it the way they did.. his response if it was my car.. I would have did it different.
