Moved to Mass. The local company was fine.  Mass. movers poorly coordinated the arrival. They don't update in transit timeline. Several calls to straighten things out. Plan srrivals at 1200 on both ends.  The 8 to 12 window is a joke.

Upack is an awesome service for people moving cross-country. When I did the research on uhaul trailers (us driving a van, towing a car, and driving a car) vs upack, the costs came out about the same. The value of knowing that we didn't have to drive a large trailer with a vehicle tow, try to get it in and out of gas stations, hotel parking lots, etc. made the decision easy. 
The van line that dropped off our trailer was on time and the driver was friendly. If he hadn't of helped us get the ramp down and set up, my husband and I would not have been able to do it. So, that would have bumped them down a few stars. The ramp is very heavy-so make sure you ask the driver for help! They were able to pick up same day so we didn't have to worry about paying to have the trailer in our parking spaces overnight. 
The pick up driver helped us secure the privacy board and even helped us secure and rearrange our load with the straps. 
Note: wrap your furniture! Our dresser got scuffed from the boxes on top of it sliding around. Totally our fault for not protecting its surface. Also, things jostle around in there. Make sure you evenly distribute your load and that everything is in a similliarly sized box or container. If you have awkaward loose items they will fall around. Our stroller and bike trailer were out of place when we unloaded. 
The trailer got to our destination before we did and the service center worked with us o when we needed the truck to arrive at our new home, no financial penalty for them keeping the trailer in town another day.

Had used ABF for another move but Dee @ U-Pac suggested the relo-cubes.  They worked out well and I couldn't have been more satisfied.  ALL of the  personnel that I came in contact with were super nice and helpful.  Very pleased!  Would highly recommend ABF/U-Pac.
