Outstanding service and excellent pricing. I compared customer responsiveness and prices for my trailer hitch at this U-Haul and two local competitors. It wasn't even close (one put me on hold on the phone for 10 minutes and never replied to e-mail/online contact form; the other gave me a vague price estimate of "about $250".... sheesh...). I ordered my hitch via the U-Haul web site and set my appointment for installation. When I showed up for the appointment they took me immediately and had it finished in 25 minutes. (I didn't purchase wiring for the hitch.) They're efficient and professional.  The price was excellent. Highly recommended for hitch installation based on my one experience. I'd go back again without any hesitation.

U Haul will never have my business again. and I will make sure family and friends know about the fustration I endured. First when you are given a location for a pick up it will be wise that they are in business and you don't have to drive somewhere else for ypur pick up. Second if you reserve a particular vehicle that's the vehicle your customer expects ...instead of being told oh well we don't have it and don't know when it will be available. In addition your employees should try to practice customer service and understand how to show empathy to a customer. I am extremely disappointed and will make sure to venture elsewhere next time I decide to rent.

Rented 6 U-pods for a move we did.  Excellent experience.  The best part was that each pod comes with 24 blankets.  Never used blankets and now I see how moving is supposed to be.  My items all arrived without an issue.  If you need to move in town and have a truck with a trailer hitch, this is the way to go.  Kent and his team really made the move as painless as possible.

First time we needed a truck for moving n they were our 1st selection. I totally recommend them, Kent is friendly and polite. We'll be visiting soon.
