This place is the worst!!! They steals! The lady told me they will hold $56 on my card, but they end up taking $62 out before I even drove out the parking lot. Than when I came back the guy told me I have to pay $108, so I asked about the $62 that was take out of my card? Than he open his mouth to tell me no money was taken it’s only on hold. So I login to my account and showed him that money was taken out. Than he looking stupid saying I see it but I don’t know how that happened. He said ok well you got a week to pay the balance $49, so I said okay. I went online to pay it yesterday it says total is $49, I payed it....I checked my account and they took out $56, which is extra $7.....I which I could give this place 0 star

The manager Tyrone was rude. Associate TJ incompetent.  And associate Lorenzo  rude.   You would think when a company makes a mistake that they would be  accomodating  but that s not the case . Due to TJ not doing my contract correctly  I was over charged 50$. Now it's this big ordeal when this should have been done right on the first place . I will be reaching out to the district manager and whoever else i need to to get the word out that this location  is horrible eith customer  service and also that the people are not trained.  If you don't want to be nice to customers get a new job.

This's the bad Bussness ethic and service ever  this employees need to be fire.from this branch  on lady was helpful the male all full of hit . Running racket . Bad bad bad

Location was easy to find from the main road. The store and bathroom was very clean and organize.
But the staff was lean when we encountered them (on a Saturday there were 2 employees working!!!)
Overall, professional. The truck rented had one tire which was worn to the wires. Please fully inspect the vehicles before updating them back into the fleet.
