My sister & I only had less then three hours to move beds to storage. Got to this location and didn't know if the representative was going to be Slow or Quick. Turns out; We were gone with a U-Haul Van in minutes. Very polite, Swift and get you going for anything you need to do! Thank you for the fast customer service.

Due to the previous managers not keeping up with maintenance my items were water damaged. So have not been satisfied with this location. I'm still in the midst of dealing with the insurance company. However the new managers have been great with helping me deal with the situation. They inherited a mess and I feel bad for them. I hope they're able to fix the problems they are dealing with and give us customers better experience dealing with this UHaul location.

I called this place and asked the guy on in the phone if they do car inspection for hitch installation. He said yes. I drove here only for someone in the office to tell I must go to Hwy 85 or College Park. How ridiculous is that when I called ahead? So unprofessional
