The facility was clean. The customer service reps greeted us with a smile and was knowledgeable. Orkeedra as well as the young lady that was working with her had great attitudes. I was pleased to see this when so many from this millennial generation don't have basic etiquette skills. Keep up the great job ladies.

I WANT TO GIVE THEM ZERO STARS. They cut the lock on my storage unit for no apparent reason. By the way I had two locks on my unit and they only wanted to replace one. Not to mention they did not even call me to let me know that they cut the locks on my storage unit. Do not use them,  keep it moving.

Moved out on 2/25/2018. The facility itself is good because it’s literally self serve. They have cut the times of operation to 7pm without informing anyone. Trying to get anyone to return your call is impossible. If you finally get someone on the phone, expect to neither receive a complete coherent sentence as a response and lack of interest in good customer service. Whom ever will hang up while you are  still talking. 
On that particular day of my move out, I called the office to asked a question, had forgotten my password and had no response. After the 3rd call, I was now at the gate and looked thru the window to find  that 2 employees were seating at the counter chatting and laughing. I asked her why she is not answering the phone, she looked at me like an overgrown goon on steroid. She looked like she had just rolled out of bed wearing sweats and a hoody. Know that your reservation is not handled on site. The nice professional voice initially planning your moving in is surely a rep from a central office and Not these unprofessional nincompoops at this facility. I should have looked at the reviews closely for this facility itself and not Public Storage in general. Please choose a different facility and save yourself from the anguish of dealing with these imbeciles.

Customer service is lacking depending on whose scheduled to work. The girl working at 4pm on 2/09/18 just hung up on me because she is to ignorant to even listen fully to customers questions. I have never had a problem otherwise. Welcome to the South ;-)
