Boldwin Gideon is so disrespectful, The young lady that was at the counter last night Christelle asked him for help in regards to my reservation and he was outside washing his precious BMW. I tried my hardest to keep my composure through the entire ordeal, due to christelles politeness and friendly demeanor. However, it wasn't till he starts seeing me get upset that he wants to step into to help. I will never go back to this location as long as Boldwin is the Manager. I am a business owner and deal with an excess of 500 customers a day per store. I will be sure that I send everyone to the budget truck rental rather than Uhaul.

In and out in under 10 minutes for truck pick up and drop off. Place is very clean inside and out. Tons of storage options, including outside access ground level, recommend a friend check it out for motorcycle storage.

I would give this location a high rating if it were not for the General Manager at this particular location. His demeanor towards customers is very poor from my encounter with him in person.  In fact, the employees that work behind the front desk and outside are friendly and handle customers with respect and kindness.  

When you call the number listed here, you are calling a U-Haul call center, not the actual location listed above.  You cannot have direct telephone communication woth the location above; what happens is the call center leaves messages at the u-haul location that you wish to speak to.  My most recent experience which will be my last was calling in to rent a vehicle dolly.  I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that the General Manager,  Boldwin Gideon, would contact me.  I waited and never received a phone call back the day i called, nor the following day.

The people that work here are the best. The manager is friendly and helpful. Reggie and Ricardo are on point. Johnny is the go to guy for hitch instalation and wiring. They have a lot of rental equipment. The only thing they need is more parking

CAN NEVER SPEAK TO A PERSON AT THE FACILITY ! SCREWED UP THE ORDER AT THE CALL CENTER . LAST CHOICE TO HAVE SOMETHING DONE IN THE FUTURE.
