Extremely distressed to find there was no storefront. Was not clear when booked that I would need a smartphone and access to email to get the key out of a lock-box. This was compounded by me forgetting my phone at home (100 miles away). Any older or not tech-savvy person would not have been able to complete the ridiculous checklist that you typically have an employee for. If we are doing their job for them, the prices should reflect that and be reduced.

Truck was not swept clean, and reeked of previous use (marijuana transport)

Truck was parked in hard to find back alley spot, with less than a spare 1" of space to maneuver out of because adjacent U-haul was parked too close.
