The staff was very helpful in my process of renting out the trailer. Employees are granted stock in the company, that is perhaps why they represent the company very well.

I got a very sarcastic guy on the phone here. I asked if he could match the price of Penske and he said he couldn't. He gave me a price that was higher than the price online and I told him he was higher than the price online. He said "Wow, a whopping $4" in comparison to his online price. 

The reason I called was to get a better price then whats online and not to hear your horrific voice. Penske has better prices. Use them. Also, better customer service. Stay away from this place
