Upack is ABF freight first off. Second they don't keep appointment times at all. I was given 8-12pm for drop off had to call after 12pm to see where they were and dispatcher said that they would be here by 1pm. 1pm turned Into 1:45pm . Truck itself doesn't have enough tie-downs for cargo and lastly ramp to load catgo is too small and heavy pluus you have store ramp with you're cargo which takes up space which to me makes no sense at all
The personnel were pleasant to work with, especially the man who delivered and picked up our trailer. We only paid for the space we used so I didn't have to know exactly how much space we would fill before we filled it . It was easier than driving our own moving truck and cheaper too. I definately recommend upack
Move cross country was easy and quick. Company was able to pickup and drop off cubes when requested.
Called for moving and they claimed they didn't do instate hmmm not what their website said
