Great service, Needed a mover last minuet and Chester County was delivered. They arrived on time and wrapped my funiture with blankets and shrink wrapped to keep them in great condition. The movers were friendly and prompt. Thanks again guys! I'll be sure to refer you to my friends and family the next time movers a needed.

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! I’m so impressed with the level of service Chester County Movers provided. Very knowledgeable, Efficient and Careful with our belongings. These guys worked their butts off for us. They were even able to move my hot tub and maneuver our very large furniture into some difficult spaces.

From beginning, The Customer Service Ladies were on top of everything and even to the end all was done perfectly.

This company was highly recommended to me by a coworker, I was a little apprehensive due to previous reviews, however my coworker reassured me they were great. 
This place was FANTASTIC. I rarely review, but I feel they deserve it. And before people say it, I am NOT affiliated with this company, I just figured they needed a good review for their great job! My husband was there the day of the move and he said he was very impressed. They were very efficient, respectful of our items and got the job done fast and properly. My husband has no problem calling people/companies out on their issues, but he had nothing but praise for them. Even hand wrote a great review. There were a few times I needed to contact the company prior to the move and they got back to me within 1-2 business days and helped me with every silly question I had.  The people in the office even went out of their way to contact me about something on the contact. 

I was so worried about getting movers after hearing horror stories, but these guys were GREAT!! I would definitely recommend them again and again. If they can please my husband and I, they deserve the 5 stars!!! Keep up the great work folks!!

Move was set for a Saturday at 5 p.m., got a call at 4:30 saying they would be delayed and then got a call at 7:30 p.m. saying that they would not be done until at least 9 and needed to push it to Sunday.  Agreed on Sunday at 9 a.m. didn't show up until 10:30 a.m.  

I had already taken my clothes, bedding, toiletries along with my dog and all of his stuff as well to the new house. The only thing we needed moved was our bedroom sets, couches, etc.  So I had to drive back to the house get the dog, the bedding, etc. and drive back for the night.  Also had to cancel my plans for Sunday which has turn put me behind for the entire week.  On top of that, they had the nerve to charge me because they went an hour over there four hour estimate on Sunday.  

I did not receive one follow up call, no email, absolutely nothing from management to acknowledge this or correct it.   Not the type to write a negative review, I usually just move on when I receive poor service but this left a bad taste in my mouth.  Will not be using them again and I would be sure you're the first move of the day if you want any chance for them to stay on schedule.

I moved with this Company and I must say the experience with excellent. My move was a last minute move because another company did not commit to the price nor time frame that they were suppose to move me in. I was in a panic to say the least. However when I contacted Chester County Moving and Storage, the young lady i spoke with was very friendly and obliged me with all my needs. I had to leave this review because i was stuck in a bind and they really came through .
