Horrible service, does not complete what they have started (in other words, they don't close the loop). Confused my grandma with another person of same name & bday (dr appnts & other places have done this but figured it out quickly!!) & harassed her about debt she didn't have!!! They kept calling but wouldn't leave a msg when she was in the hospital!!! Terrible place!!
