Horrible , Came in to open an account i already have another one at wells fargo , the guy was chewing a gum , he spit it in his hand and throws it in trash then shakes my hand with the same one he spit in , he has no idea how to open a bank account , he starts asking his colleagues which are busy doing other things, he then pulls another chewing gum , keeps chewing and wasting my time , my ID is not enough he asks for my passport , i show him the passport , my passport and ID are not enough now he wants anything with my address on it other than my id , i show him my california fishing license , but its not enough so i show him my car registration , suddenly it turns into an investigation , why is your address in another california city ? Well it's because i am doing some business here and a friend said this is a good bank should have an account in it . He is now on the phone with customer service , they asked him does your client have a passport ? He says no he doesn't and my passport was in his hands , he later said that he thought my passport was only a visa !!??!!? He puts his elbow on passport trying to hold it open and he ruins the main page where my photo is .. Now my passport photo has a white crack on it . He starts calling customer service and consulting more people , now more people are asking me more questions making me feel so uncomfortable , he then comes back and says .. We can't open the account because you are in a different california city . After 45 minutes of wasting my time , and note that the first document i gave him was my ID so he knew i lived in a different california city all from the beginning ... How can i trust putting my money in a place where people don't know how a passport looks like? Where people spit gum in their hands before shaking yours ??? Why should living in another city be related to the eligibility of opening an account ? So many questions around this bank makes me wonder why i came in the first place
