If no stars was an option this place sucks the tellers forgot about me when i asked a question. The lady by the line is very rude I've been banking with wells fargo for 6 years and im very disappointed

Well I visited this wells Fargo today and to my surprise they heard about my experience from the Wells Fargo at 811 foothill Blvd. My teller was Catalina who was very polite and nice. She took my id's to her manager Luis and as usual everything was in order and they cashed my checks quickly. As I explained my experience from there sister branch they both had a look of shock and disbelief on their face. Needless to say if you have to go to a wells Fargo I would encourage you to drive the extra mile if how your treated is important to you. They even opened another teller when the line started to get long. I don't think I waited more than a few minutes. Even the guy at the door said hello with a smile. The vibe of the whole place from the minute you walked in seemed professional and courteous which is a far cry from that other location. Just my input for what it's worth. Thanks again Catalina and Luis.

So this one star goes to the bank tellers, they're always really sweet and efficient.. And the manager lady bc she is as well.  I'd put two but that's too many because the bankers are... ugly inside and out. Literally every time I'm there the only thing a banker will insist on aknowledging me for is to try and convince me to get a Loan on literally anything they can think of. Anytime i have gone there in need of services from the bankers (with the exception of the tubby fellow and the older spanish speaking lady) the service has been pretty crappy.. yes they get it done but the fact that there customer service is so uncomfortable  (because i can see them talking smack about their very own customers half the time I'm there.. really anytime I'm there) i only ever use the drive thru atm there now. I'm a person too and I dont appreciate that kind of enviroment.
