We have had nothing but issues with this bank. The customer service line gives completely different information then the branch. They have taken money put of my account with no authorization! Their response we will take your information and try to fix it! Not acceptable ! Take your money somplace else!

Terrible customer service from the Assistant General Manager. This branch has always been excessively vigilant about their banking policies. I worked as an armed courier delivering money to and from banks so I understand what policies need to be enforced and what ones are discretionary. Suffice it to say they enforce even the most menial policies. I am also business banking customer and will be withdrawing my banking relationship with U.S. Bank as a result of his poor service, arrogant attitude, and banking ineptitude.

First of all I dont have a account at US Bank..But someone wrote me a check from US Bank. In which he has account there.. They charged me $ 7.00 to cash the check .It is a total rip off and I dont know of any other banks that do that..

Loved this bank and location until today. The teller essentially called me a lier. I sat in line to deposit wedding checks and cash from our gift box for over 30 minutes. When I got to the drive thru the teller at the window said we are closed. I explained I had been waiting in line since 11:35am, she said I wasn't and knew that the truck before me was the last one in line. We have banked here for over 8 years, so this is disappointing. Maybe she treated me poorly because I wasn't wearing my usual suit today and driving the old car, but regardless she handled our interaction with no class. I have worked in hotels and financial services for 9 years and I can tell you this, if I caught an employee of mine treating a customer this way I would of most likely let them go that day. We will most likely be withdrawing our funds to a minimum to keep the accounts open and moving the majority to a local bank. We're thankful we never moved our business checking account and disappointed we won't be able to support this MN bank anymore. Seriously, it's not hard to have great customer service, today US Bank failed at that and lost a loyal customer.
