I love this branch of Wells Fargo. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I've always been treated well here. I've used many of their services beyond regular banking also - notary, issues with fraudulent charges on my bank card, foreign currency, etc. Every visit has been positive.

I don't enjoy going to the bank, but the staff here was very friendly and had me in and out quickly.

Miserable experience with this branch. Paid for money orders over a year ago through Western Union (also miserable customer service), they started to incur a monthly fee angainst them for going unused (they were already paid for, so literally losing$ monthly). Deposited the money orders at a Wells-Fargo ATM (which accepted them). Printed receipts for our records - which serve as legal copies of the checks/money orders (says so on the receipt). Get a notification from WFargo later that week saying the deposit wasn't allowed. Called WFargo, they told us to visit our local branch with the receipts to get the $. We go to this specific branch on Saturday, June 10th; the Branch's service manager (I think her name was Amber) basically tells us to call western Union and to come back when we had new money orders (even though the teller we initially saw, seemed to be willing to help us by contacting Western Union to confirm some info). When I ask the service manager - admittedly frustratingly but NOT rudely - why the ATM would accept the money orders if they couldn't process them...and why they don't have some kind of warning about expired money order deposits, the SERVICE manager - in a deliberately changed and condescending tone - tells me that I should take 'some personal responsibility'...for depositing a money order with my bank's ATM? Apparently I should have known better and come into the branch (even though the ATM said it accepted money orders). No empathy, no service, no patience, no customer support. She basically told me to make her life easier, without making any effort to help/support me as a customer - but happy to hold onto my family's money for a decade. I bet if I'd come in about a big deposit into their bank that hadn't gone through, she'd have been a lot more pleasant and helpful! We won't be banking with WFargo anymore (we even stuck with them after all the terrible press over recent years). When you hold onto all of my money, the least you can do is provide me with patient, empathetic, and pleasant customer service the 2 times a year I actually come in for help.

I sit in waiting area with no hassling. I wanted to set up an estate acct for my mother but couldn't get separate log in so moved that acct.

The staff here is completely rude. I went here with my girlfriend. While I waited for her transaction, I thought it would be okay to sit in their waiting area and read their magazine selection. I got hassled within 2 minutes of being asked if I was going to leave. They then offered to photocopy the magazine article I was reading. After a minute, he comes back and says, "my manager said you can just take the magazine if you leave". We were appalled. We were doing nothing wrong and not bothering anyone.
