I went in for a refund on a fee I believed was wrongly charged. They explained why I got the fee (I was wrong, I did violate the terms) but then refunded it anyway. Maybe their CEO had to resign, but the local branch has always treated me well.

Good service, the staff are friendly, and they give you your money. The ATM is inside, so if you go at night you need your card to get into the building. Its adds a level of safety when your withdrawing money at night, If you need your money out of the bank, this place fits the bill.

this bank is no good they took all the money off my girlfriends car then lied about it and we had to wait ten days before we got a dollar back that was some bs. There tellers need to be trained better that's for sure

Charged excessive fees to my account and only refunded one of the many that occurred, after a 30 minute complaint session! I am switching banks because of wells fargo's incompetent banking system. So disappointed in their poor execution of policies.

The customer service at this Wells Fargo branch is above and beyond. Everyone is always friendly upon arrival. Extremely helpful when making transactions, cashiers checks, opening new accounts, notary and always making sure you have a cup of coffee if you need to wait for a private banker.
