Personally had a really good experience with these guys. I had a litany of questions, and they put me in contact with the previous owner of the car so I could get the rundown without a pitch. Unheard of. I was flying across country to get the car and Mike the owner picked me up from Dubuque over 30 mins away. Once we settled on price, nothing was a hassle - Reno and Derek both went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. Great experience with everyone I was in contact during the process.

Horrible service, every time I go there it's a hassle to get the same service as I would at my dealership back home. I am constantly contacting my home dealership asking if what they're doing is correct and 9 times out of 10 it isn't, and when I bring it up they get angry with me. The problem isn't necessarily with the technicians who work on the cars, more with the shop manager. Anytime I brought my car in he made it sound like everything was my fault, doubting that anything was at their fault but "was going to look into it." Which I don't know how much "looking into" a situation can be done in less than half an hour. Everyone in town which I talk to (even some who work there) call the place "ubersucks" which I find to be rather fitting. Also, if employees of the place say that, why would you trust taking your vehicle to them? With that attitude I'd rather find someone who cares about my cars, not someone who hates their job. I would NOT recommend going there to get service done on your vehicle, of any kind. There are better dealerships out there who will treat you with a lot more respect and actually try to get you a better deal on vehicles and service!

Went to check out what they would give us for a trade in on your equinox. Walked in and Josh greeted us at the door and with a few minutes, we walked out with a new jeep!!! Josh was very nice and he walked us though everything!!!! We will be going back

My girlfriend has taken her car in for service multiple times at "Ubersucks" with the same results every time. The vehicle always leaves with more problems than when it arrived with. She recently had her 2014 Dodge Dart picked up by Ubersox for an oil change while she was at work. Upon receiving the car, she noticed a six inch scratch down the side of the steering wheel. She called to inform them of the damage and got the run-around. They told her that they had no idea who would try to damage her car. They never owned up to causing the damage and were reluctant to fix the damage they caused. Last year around Christmas, she had an issue where her dash completely shut off. She called Ubersox to set up an appointment and they insisted that she dropped of her car ASAP. She dropped her car off to find out that they let the car sit three days without even touching it. She called to ask the progress on her vehicle and they said that their "Wiring Guy" wasn't in until XXXX", which is why the vehicle sat. Once they fixed the instrument panel/dash issue, my girlfriend noticed that her dash was sticking up on one side. She took it to the dealership she bought the vehicle from (Mertens in Medford) to find out that Ubersox broke the retaining clips that held the dashboard down. In addition, the wiring "fix" was a complete mess that was nowhere near Chrysler's specs. The wiring was fixed and all issues were solved by Mertens. This dealership is absolutely terrible. They blame their customers for the damage and problems that they cause and refuse to solve the issues that THEY CAUSE. All of my friends (and lots of customers i talk to) call the place "Ubersucks"... and for a good reason. I have customers ask me to recommend them to a shop to get work done daily. I ALWAYS tell them to avoid Ubersox at all costs. Ubersox gives Chrysler a bad name. Avoid them at all costs. You're best off driving an extra 30 minutes to an experienced, trustworthy dealership.

I'm probably biased, but this dealership gives the best deals ever. They are a new car store, so they give the best trade values ever! If you are looking for a new car, you can't lose by going here.
