I saw a really nice 2015 truck for sale at Bergstrom in October and talked with Eric. I was debating selling my truck or trading it in. At the end of the year the price became very attractive to me so I talked again with Eric and he worked out a deal that turned out to be a great deal for me not only for the new truck, but for my trade in as well. He was very nice and professional, and worked hard to make this deal work for me. I really appreciated that he was so kind and courteous and someone who cares about people. He made this a very positive experience. I will definitely look at Bergstrom for future purchases!!

Would give it zero stars but that wasn't an option. Had a recall on my vehicle and dropped my car off the night before my appointment. (when the the dealership was still open) When making my appointment was told it would take an hour and a half to perform the service and I said perfect because I needed my car back by 10:30. My appointment was at 8:00 so no worries I was told. Call at 10:15 since I hadn't heard anything yet to make sure it was done. Got a hold of the service department and was told it wouldn't be ready for another 30-45 minutes. Asked to speak with the manager and all I received from him were lies and excuses, and wasn't very professional. I swore I wouldn't take my car back here when it was still Ballweg because they had crappy service, but thought it would have changed with Bergstrom taking over. Boy was I wrong, I will never take any of my vehicles here again for any services.

Fairly large selection but it's a very "corporate" atmosphere. The small town personality of Ballweg (the previous Chevy dealer it replaced) is missed.

Untrustworthy dealership. Do not buy from them. Bought in December 2016. Waited to write a review. Now it is going to be March and we have experienced nothing but trouble and problems with the vehicle we bought from them. 2010 GMC Acadia. They sold us a vehicle that looked beautiful on the outside and in and after inspection and test driving it, everything seemed as it should be. Within one week we were having to contact them regarding issues we were experiencing with the vehicle. Once one issue was fixed we were back having another issue fixed. We eventually took it to another mechanic (Ballweg Chevrolet of Sauk Prairie) and they were able to diagnose one problem in 45 minutes. A problem pertaining to the steering that Bergstroms could not diagnose for 2 weeks. This fixing this and that went on for the first month we owned the Acadia. That issue we thought was resolved was not as there's just a bunch of clunking and noises coming from the underneath of the vehicle and we just don't know what to do at this point. The doors started making noises when being opened after one and a half months of buying the vehicle. And as of 2 nights ago, the breaks are grinding. Some of these maintence or repair issues are understandable after owing the vehicle for quite some time but not after 3 months. They sold us a vehicle that needed much done but was not done. Seemed they temporarily fixed what was visible to the eye and would be short term and we believe wholeheartedly they knew full well the true condition of this vehicle. The safest thing to do is to just not buy from them. They are untrustworthy. There are several dealerships around and it would be wise to shop elsewhere.

Just bought my fantastic 2014 Chevy Equinox there from Dan Freeman. He patiently helped my trade in two junkers and find exactly what I needed. Couldn't be happier! I highly recommend this dealership and Dan.
