So I had to go back to this pharmacy, because when I tried to go to a different one- King Soopers had put in the wrong dates and messed up my insurance. They then told the pharmacy that I was at, that I needed to come to them. I’ve already had numerous horrifying experiences there and was trying to avoid going back. Thinking that maybe they could fix the damage they had done, I went back- even though I know it’s not necessary because I can go to whatever pharmacy I choose. If they had done any right by me, they would still have my business. Instead of that, the pharmacist (Scott- only pharmacist ever on duty) decided to refuse to fill my prescription because he had opinions about the dosage. What? I get it, you’re on your high horse and you have the right to refuse filling a prescription. Cool. But I think he saw a previous review I wrote and decided to get back at me. The only reason I believe this happened is because when I came with my prescription, he actually whined at me about feeling accused of saying things ( he was talking about the previous pharmacy that he ordered to send me back to him) I’m pretty positive that this was intentional (and immature) sabotage because I went to Walgreens immediately after, and my prescriptions were filled with zero issues. Go to Walgreens instead, they are kind, helpful and discreet.

Hands down the absolute WORST pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. There is always some kind of issue that they have. They are rude when they ask you to hold, they hang up on you as often as they can, they will not work with you when you need them too. I’ve heard the pharmacist (Scott, I believe) talk to customers and sound so incredibly unprofessional, not to mention loud about whatever issue they seem to have with the customer. So everyone gets to hear their private matters. I’ve never been to such a messed up pharmacy with such an inappropriate and unprofessional pharmacist. The rest of the staff is no better, they treat everyone like dirt. If you want your prescriptions filled by professionals- DO NOT GO HERE.

Wow, if you like your name and prescriptions being yelled out for everyone to hear definitely go here. This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to, with the worst pharmacist on duty. They will go out of their way to make sure you aren’t able to fill prescriptions. Rude staff, even ruder pharmacist. Place is disgusting.

Unfortunately this has been my worst pharmacy experience ever. I also had to check in four times to see if my rx was processed. They declined to give it to me even when the prescription was time sensitive for my condition. The staff and pharmacist clearly have no actual care for their patients or customers. I will be taking all of my business somewhere else.
