Was referred here by the birth center I'll be delivering at for my anatomy scan ultrasound. Appointment was right on time, and all the staff was really nice.

High risk pregnancy...every appointment I had was rescheduled at the last minute the day of. The staff is rude and insensitive. The nurse called and informed me I had diabetes but gave me no details on what to do just prick my finger. No nutritional guidance or references. The next appointment was 6 weeks away. I switched drs but had to continue doing ultrasouns and growth scans at this location. They cancelled my appointments for scans saying their drs didnt feel my scans were necessary without having any of my information. Do not go here!

Very much miscommunication with me the patient. Staff and doctor do not respect and/or treat patients very well. Did not get exam i was referred for and was not able to get copay back after waiting for two hours and explaining how i was not informed correctly on referral process. Had me also prepare for exam i never received. Terrible experience i would not want anyone else to go through.

High risk pregnancy. Only here as secondary opinion to my regular OB. Had appointments for growth scans pushed back TWICE. I'm not doing these ultrasounds for fun!! So much miscommunication in this place, it's ridiculous. The only ones who know how to do their jobs are the sonographers, and I'd rather their expertise than the "specialists". The two doctors I saw here are a joke. I know more about my condition than they do...hell, my regular OB is more knowledgeable and probably only gets paid half as much as these "doctors".
