I visited this location for a non surgical abortion. I had already beat myself up about the situation I got myself into, I expected them to do the same. I was pleasantly surprised that no one seemed to pass judgment on me and everyone supported my decision. The appointment lasted about 4 hours, there was a lot of back and forth between them and my insurance company but in the end they took care of all my needs and were able to bill my insurance. The staff was all helpful. I am so thankful planned parenthood is available for those in need. It is not a bad place. It is a place of empowerment and women's rights. They really helped me through a difficult time. I appreciate them and the services they offer.

I'm really not the one to write reviews....but I do think my experience needs to be heard. I have the implanon in my arm and I can say it's been the best birth control I have ever had. It did its job and did it well. Really no side affects at all and the recovery was easy . For the past few weeks I have been calling them to get an appointment for the removal and they kept saying I would get a call back in a few days blah blah blah. Well I waiting for a week and when I called I got the same answer. I waited another week and got the same thing!!!!! Finally after a few days I did get someone on the phone to book my appointment for the removal.  But I was transferred twice having to repeat what I wanted. The final lady who took my call was so very rude to me. And tried to tell me at first that my removal without insurance is going to cost me 299$ and then she went on to say that it's going to cost 300$ and I said no ma'am last time I was told it was 200$ . (At this point I felt like she was making up numbers)  And then she paused and huffed and said ok your appointment is so and so. And I said ok thank you and she just says "yep" . This lady was beyond rude and just talked over me and made me feel stupid. Now I'm worried if I may get the same treatment when it comes time for my appointment.  I have never been so disrespected by a customer service representative.  Just sad.

Clean and welcoming atmosphere. However nothing is free if you're older than 25 which they could have told me first. Testing for STDs is 153 which isn't bad.

I would have rated it 5 stars but unfortunately it took longer to actually go and see my doctor.  I booked an appointment two months prior and arrived 15 minutes earlier than my booked time and I waited an hour and a half just to receive birth control. Other than that everything was perfect. The staff was very polite and friendly and my doctor Christina was amazing! She deserves a five star rating. She actually cared about what kind of birth control would be best for me that would help me with my monthlys. I would recommend this place to everyone. Also it is a super safe place to go. I was worried for my safety because I've seen some centers with riots outside but this place had none of those and had all the safety precautions. I felt safe and important. Hopefully in the future they will have more employees to make the wait time shorter. Once again, don't let that stop you from going here. It's a great place.

i love this planned parenthood location! my old location in central florida was the absolute worst, i would sit up to an hour after my appointment time, still waiting. but this one always takes me on time, if not early. everyone is always nice and treats me well. its by far the best.
