As a first time mom,I am overly anxious with my first baby especially with his health. Though I work in medical field,it is very different when it is your own kid--as assuring as it can be,you want other health professionals to say that HE IS STRONG AND HEALTHY BABY. When me and my husband first talk to Dr.Cedres in BMC JAX during a neonatal routine checkup,we were amazed of how he explains things to us in a professional and kind manner. Being a nurse,I would very much often deal with grumpy doctors who cannot wait to go out of patient's room and never discuss in details the plan of care, but this doctor is very patient and would answer questions diligently...He was asking us if we chose a pediatrician for our baby and without a doubt, we ask for his office number and gave them a call for our baby's first infant appointment... My son is only weeks old, still a long way to go, but I am very pleased with Dr.Cedres and the medical staff.

HORRIBLE. MY SONS BEEN GOING FOR 3 YEARS AND THEY DONT EVEN KNOW US..THEY FORGOT HIS SHOTS AT HIS WELLVISITS. THEY CHARGE YOU $10 FOR A PRINTED SHOT RECORD. THEY ARE UNSANITARY...THE NURSE PUT MY PURSE (THAT WAS ON THE FLOOR) IN MY 4 DAY OLD INFANTS CARSEAT. I HAD A 9AM APPOINTMENT AND GOT TURNED AWAY FOR ARIVING AT 8:55 FOR A NEWBORN HEALTH VISIT. THEY COULDNT SCHEDULE MY SON FOR AN APT AFTER HAVING HIS FIRST SEZIURE FOR A MONTH OUT. THE STAFF IS GHETTO AND RUDE. THE PLACE IS A BIG MIXING POT WITH PROBABLY MOST OF THE PATIENTS ON WELFARE & WELFARE DRS. YOU WILL BE BETTER OFF AT THE HEALTH DEP!!! WHERE THEY RECOMMENDED I GO...AFTER THEY RELIEZED THAT THEY DIDNT DO MY SONS 4 YEAR OLD SHOTS AND COULDNT SCHEDULE HIM AN APPOINTMENT UNTIL MONTHS LATER. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!! WORSE THAN THE PUBLIC HEALTH DEP!!

THE BEST PEDIATRIC OFFICE I'VE EVER BEEN TO!!!! THE STAFF IS INCREDIBLE!!! I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!
