Came to Memphis for 6 months for work. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff in the mma classes. Terry Johnson is a great instructor and fun to spar! Wish I wasn't going back home.

The coaches are friendly and knowledgeable, great for group classes or one-on-one training. They can even help customize the intensity for people just getting started to those who really want to rise to the next level. Don't think of this as a fight gym - it's not dark and dingy and stinky - they just use fight style training to achieve fitness. My kids come too, and they absolutely love it. They motivate me to come sometimes when I'm not feeling up to it. It's great!

Was in town for the weekend and the folks here rolled out the red carpet to help me with conditioning.  The staff here were FANTASTIC and FRIENDLY, but brutal on my muscles.  I did four workouts over three days and each one was technically sound and physically challenging.  Special thanks to  Natalie, who could have totally phoned it in when I was the only one to show up for her Sunday class.  Instead, she dug in worked hard to make sure that I got a good workout and that my technique stayed sharp.  Will definitely return, and you should go to.

We joined a few weeks ago and we love it.  Best workout program we have tried.  Its tough; but it works.  We are already starting to see a difference in how the clothes fit.  The kids love the kids class too.  Fun for the whole family.
