I. LOVE. THIS. GYM. okay, so when I first came to this gym  few months ago I was a bit intimidated since I didn't know what to expect, UFC,  MMA, etc. I had just had a baby, have 3 young kids at home and was utterly and totally out of shape ( mentally and physically). Everyone was so welcoming and motivating, no judgements! Different levels welcome! The classes kick your butt but you enjoy it, I swear. I love the coaches, they push you, they know their stuff and are a pleasure to be around. If not for Jose, Danny and Billy's classes I wouldn't have lost this much baby weight, and it's still coming off! Bobby the manager is really personable and always takes the time to answer questions.  I love this place!

I Absolutely love this gym everyone there makes you feel so welcomed and the workouts definitely made such a difference and they always make sure you understand what the exercise is and if you don't understand it then they will walk it out with you step by step. Overall this Gym is amazing.

I called in the day prior to going and the guy I spoke to had told me they had a class at 10:30. He didn’t tell me what type of class it was. I showed up at about 10:35 and the guy behind the counter told me they had a class at 10 not 10:30 and that the class was almost over. What he said wasn’t the problem. The way he acted was like “What are you doing here?” I’m a little heavy so I was very insulted by how he acted. When I decided to walk out instead of staying and listening to him he tried to stop me and was calling my name as I was leaving the gym which brought all the attention to me. I was very embarrassed and insulted by the situation.

Worst gym I have ever been to in my life and I was there for about 5 minutes.  I went there and said hello to the staff (the 2 people that were there) and was not greeted by anyone. The guy at the register ignored me while he sat on his phone. I stood there for about 5 minutes and was completely ignored. I decided to leave than to be mistreated. The place smelled horrible, it's like it has never been cleaned. You would be better off working out in a gutter than this "facility". You would think since there were no other customers besides me the staff wouldn't be rude and the place would be clean. I didn't even want to give any stars to this dump, Google forced me to give one.

This place is amazing! The instructors are very knowledgeable, staff is friendly, great equipment and great workouts!
